Why Affiliate?

It is apparent that there is a lot of synergy between GHS Enterprise & Friesen, Kaye and Associates with similar beliefs and values in the Learning field. GHS Enterprise augments  FKA’s Performance Consulting and Strategy Development and Deployment capability while FKA brings an enormous depth of services on the training implementation side with a superb set of proven and sustainable workshops in Instructional Design, Development and Delivery of learning solutions.

One of our inaugural products/services is the Learning Lane, a map of learning. The Learning Lane is like a mini learning strategy in itself or can form a base for a more comprehensive Learning or Talent Strategy. The Learning Lane can encompass both existing Learning Moments and future desired Learning Moments, the choice is with the Enterprise.  The Learning Lane brings clarity to when and where learning occurs and transforms implicit learning to a series of captured explicit learning moments. These, combined with the more traditional learning moments become a unique process map.

Greg was initially commissioned to bring MCNCs Executive Team together in crafting a revised "Vision" and begin building its Strategic Plan to meet new risks and challenges to the business. He was then retained over a two year period to provide Coaching to individual members of the Executive team as well as periodic Executive Team Development Initiatives. Greg's presence and thought leadership helped MCNC not only survive very difficult economic and political pressures, but built a foundation for success.
