GHS Enterprise is an enterprise founded in July, 2000.
It is a Consultancy focused on building their client’s capability through Learning and Culture Shaping as business imperatives.
The core purpose is to strengthen their clients’ agility and sustainment as well as profitability where applicable.

Who is
The Founder?

Greg Smith, CMC is the Founder and the Proprietor. Greg is an Educator, Entrepreneur as well as a Consultant. He is also the Founder of OrgFitech Inc., a “culture management” software company. He teaches as a part time Professor and Course Instructor as well as a Counselor of learning.
He has led a Merger & Acquisition Consulting Practice in Canada, a Change Management firm in the United States, and has enjoyed an exemplary career in Human Resource management.
He undertook his post graduate studies at American University concentrating in Human Resource and Organization Development. Greg continues to be an active volunteer Board member in the Non profit and Health Care industries.
