He is an accomplished Senior Business Strategist and Learning Practitioner. He is also a Consultant and Advisor with more than 35 years of success across the technology, municipal, provincial, federal, state, crown and knowledge management industries. Leveraging extensive experience in business strategies, culture-shaping, leadership development, and curriculum design he is a valuable contributor for an organization that is looking to develop and/or deploy new learning or general business strategies as well as more specific Learning deliverables. His broad areas of expertise include Strategy Formulation, Governance, Measurement Dashboards, Centers of Excellence, Mentorship Programs, Executive Coaching, and Workshop Facilitation.
Greg undertook his post-graduate studies at American University in Washington, D.C., concentrating in Human Resource Development and Organizational Effectiveness. He has written a number of articles for the Ivey Business Journal and is a part time University Professor.
Outside of his consulting activities, he participates on volunteer boards and municipal committees such as: a Hospital Board, Chamber of Commerce and a Municipal Economic Development Advisory Committee.
