Greg Smith, CMC

Greg is an Educator, Entrepreneur, Strategist and Practitioner.  He is also the Co-Founder of Populii Inc., a company that provides self-directed culture learning programs and web based tools to support the culture shaping journey.

He teaches as a part time Professor and Course Instructor as well as an Advisor of learning.

He has led a Merger & Acquisition Consulting Practice in Canada, a Change Management firm in the United States, and has enjoyed an exemplary career in Human Resource Management.

He undertook his post graduate studies at American University concentrating in Human Resource and Organization Development.

Greg continues to be an active volunteer Board member in the Non profit and Health Care industries.

Ingrid Argyle

Ingrid has worked with GHS Enterprise over the past 20 years, supporting many strategic and tactical HR client engagements.  She is a seasoned HR/Business Consultant and Project Manager who leverages her expertise to help organizations and communities build their capacity to drive innovative workforce solutions.

Ingrid has a talent for helping organizations adapt to change in both the public and private sector. She has extensive knowledge in developing enterprise-wide learning strategies, as well as training programs for inclusive cultures, workplace wellness, and team effectiveness.

Her research background includes organizational surveys and data analysis for employee/client satisfaction and HR effectiveness. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a business designation from the University of Waterloo.

Mathew Burns

Mathew began his career in sales and marketing.  After 15 successful years, he migrated to learning and development. You might think of this as training, he likes to think of it as marketing to a smaller, internal audience.

The process is the same – understand the need, find an engaging way to communicate and listen to the feedback. The tools are a bit different, but the approach and outcomes are the same – drive a change in behavior using engaging design and messaging/learning.
